Heidi’s is an independent family business with its own bakery on Hayling Island making delicious fresh produce for its nine patisseries.
We are very proud of what we do and since 1969 we have been central to the local communities we serve, offering quality food and coffee in a relaxed and neighbourly environment.
To continue to be successful we need strong minded individuals who understand our vision and specific culture.
Our shops are well managed, efficient and our people work in harmony, with a shared sense of purpose. Responsibilities are clear and everyone knows what is expected from them.

Experience is not a necessity as we offer full training in all areas, however a background in customer service would be beneficial.
You will need to be flexible and work additional hours to provide support for your team when required. You will also need to be comfortable on your feet for long periods of time.

We are currently providing takeaway at all of our Patisseries. Our Coffee Shops are open, but we are not offering our usual menu, however there is a wide range of delicious products available from the counter.
