Heidi’s is renowned for it’s speciality quiches that are made using only the finest fresh ingredients and are excellent served hot or cold. All our quiches are baked daily, to ensure the filling is fluffy and light, while the pastry remains crisp and firm, exactly how it should be.
When it comes to quiche, getting the correct flavour and texture is essential. All our pastry bases are lovingly made by hand, before blind baking until crisp. Locally sourced eggs are combined with a choice of appetising fillings, before being cooked until golden brown.
Available in a variety of fillings, our range of quiches include the classic quiche lorraine, bacon & leek, tomato & courgette, bacon & mushroom, stilton & broccoli and brie, cranberry & bacon.
All our quiches are served with a fresh side salad and coleslaw. When eaten as part of our lunchtime special, add a coffee or tea at a reduced price.
